Throughout October, various organizations and communities raise awareness about domestic violence, offer support to survivors, and promote prevention initiatives.

November 25: 

International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women

This day is recognized globally to raise awareness about violence against women and girls, highlighting the need to address domestic violence and other forms of gender-based violence.

November 25: 

White Ribbon Day

White Ribbon Day is an international campaign that focuses on engaging men and boys in the prevention of violence against women. It encourages men to take a pledge against violence and promotes respectful relationships.

November 25 – December 10: 16 

Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence

This campaign aims to raise awareness and mobilize action to end violence against women and girls worldwide. It starts on November 25 (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) and concludes on December 10 (Human Rights Day).

February: 

Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month

February is dedicated to raising awareness about teen dating violence and promoting healthy relationships among teenagers. It aims to educate young people about the signs of abusive relationships and how to seek help.

April: 

Denim Day

Denim Day is an international campaign that takes place in April. Participants are encouraged to wear denim to raise awareness about sexual assault and challenge victim-blaming attitudes.
