d. The foundation will take appropriate measures to ensure that the victim’s identity remains protected throughout their engagement with the organization.
Behavior Policy:
a. The foundation maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of violence, including domestic violence, within its premises or at any sponsored events.
b. All employees, volunteers, and participants are expected to adhere to respectful and non-violent behavior at all times.
c. Any acts of violence, harassment, or abusive behavior will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken, which may include termination of employment or volunteer services.
Attendance Policy:
a. The foundation recognizes that victims of domestic violence may face unique challenges that could impact their attendance and participation in foundation activities.
b. Flexibility will be provided to victims who require time off or adjustments in their schedules to address safety concerns or seek necessary support.
c. Victims will be encouraged to communicate their needs with the foundation, and reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure their safety and well-being.
Reporting and Support:
a. Any individual who becomes aware of a suspected or disclosed case of domestic violence within the foundation’s premises or during foundation activities has a responsibility to report it immediately.
